By creating an AFRIbits account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
AFRIbits uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Every deposit and withdrawal is reviewed before settlement. We capture the exchange rate and timestamp at submission so the requested amount is auditable. If a request is not approved within the timer window it is automatically marked as failed and any held funds are released.
Prices, charts, and other market data are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate. Nothing on AFRIbits is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Trading and conversion fees, if any, are disclosed in-app at the time of the action.
You may stop using AFRIbits at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose risk to the platform.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFRIbits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
